Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Colby Corcoran ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Designed mobile application (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. Designed is designed to store your data on your device and in your personal iCloud account — not on our servers.

1. Information You Provide

Designed collects only the information you actively choose to enter. This includes:

• Assessment responses and results — your answers to Enneagram, DISC, and Temperament assessments, and the personality types derived from them.
• People tab contacts — names and personality type information you enter for friends, family, or colleagues you choose to add.
• App preferences — settings such as your preferred start tab, stored locally on your device.

We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, or any other identifying information to use the App. No account or login is required.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Specifically:

• On-device storage — assessment results, contacts, and preferences are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• iCloud sync — if your device has iCloud enabled, your data may sync across your devices via Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.

You can delete all app data at any time from within the App (Settings → Reset All Assessment Data) or by uninstalling the App. Removing the App from your device will delete all locally stored data. If you have iCloud sync enabled, you may also need to remove the App's data from your iCloud account settings.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Designed does not collect, transmit, or share:

• Analytics or usage data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
• Advertising identifiers
• Location information
• Device contacts from your address book
• Photos or camera data

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Feedback and Support Communications

If you choose to contact us through the "Send Feedback" option in the App, you will be directed to your device's email client. Any email you send will include the App version, iOS version, and device model to help us assist you. This information is sent directly from your device to our email address and is not collected automatically.

We will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry and will not use it for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

Designed is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

6. Third-Party Services

Designed does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media platforms. The only third-party service involved in data storage is Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), which is governed by Apple's own privacy practices and is controlled entirely by you through your Apple ID settings.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Because all of your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, you have full control over it:

• Access and review — your data is visible directly within the App at all times.
• Delete assessment data — use Settings → Reset All Assessment Data within the App.
• Delete all data — uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data. Manage iCloud data through your device's Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
• Opt out of iCloud sync — disable iCloud for Designed in your device Settings at any time.

8. Data Security

Your data is protected by the security measures built into your Apple device and iCloud account, including device encryption and Apple's secure data practices. Since we do not receive or store your data on our own servers, we do not maintain separate security infrastructure for your personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
