Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Designed mobile application (the "App") operated by Colby Corcoran ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern with respect to usage rules for the App.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, legal compliance issues, or claims by third parties relating to the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
All content within the App — including but not limited to assessment frameworks, interpretive text, gospel-centered commentary, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The personality frameworks incorporated in the App (Enneagram, DISC, Temperament) are used in accordance with their respective traditions and publicly available research. The specific content, interpretations, and gospel-centered framing within Designed represent our original work and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
Scripture quotations are taken from the Holy Bible and are used in accordance with applicable fair use and educational standards.
All data you enter into the App — including assessment responses, results, and People tab information — belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not claim any ownership over your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
Designed is intended for personal growth, self-reflection, and relational understanding. The assessments and content within the App are informational and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, psychological evaluation, or medical advice.
The personality types, descriptions, and insights provided by the App are general in nature and may not accurately reflect every individual. We encourage you to use the App's content as one lens among many, not as a definitive characterization of yourself or others.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content in the App.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF THE APP WAS FREE, FIVE U.S. DOLLARS).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Colby Corcoran and any successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the App.
